• The heater, facer and hydraulic power unit are integral parts of the machine, minimising set up time.

• The hydraulic valving allows pre-setting of up to 3 working pressures (eg face, drag, fuse & cool) - for improved weld quality with less effort.
• Hydraulic clamp opening/closing/locking, and a unique pipe alignment mechanism rapidly overcome pipe misalignment problems, allowing fast set up times by one operator.
• Hydraulic facer load/unload and rotary drive with 3 cutter blades each face
• Hydraulic heater plate load/unload.
• The heater temperature is raised to 220°C from ambient in less than 35 minutes.
• Quick change non-stick heater surfaces cut lost time repairing damage in the field.
• Adjustable fittings plate for holding and aligning stub flanges.
• Hydraulic pipe lifters to raise pipe clear of clamps.
• Four pneumatic tyred wheels (two steerable) for movement from weld to weld (not self propelled).
• Extendable feet maintain stability during operation.
• The HF1200 is tough and reliable in harsh field conditions, with little maintenance required.
• The compact design allows it to fit inside a 6m container (pre-owned), supplied fitted with appropriate tie down points for shipping, and subsequent use as a storage facility.
